Vehicle Management History
Complete vehicle records including site access logs, blocked vehicles, and pre-registered vehicles.
The Vehicle Management System (VMS) module provides a centralized interface to track and manage all vehicle-related activities. From the main dashboard, navigate to VMS Form in the top navigation menu to access the vehicle management interface.

Upon clicking VMS Form, the system presents three main options:
- VSM History — View complete records of all vehicle entries and exits.
- Block VSM — Manage and view restricted vehicles.
- Pre Register List — Access vehicles registered in advance before arrival.
7.1 VMS Records
The VMS Records section provides a centralized view of all vehicle movement records. Click on VSM History to open the search and filter interface.

Search and Filter Options
Users can quickly locate vehicle records using the available filters:
- Sites — Filter records by site location using the dropdown selector.
- From Date — Select the start date for the search period (required field).
- To Date — Select the end date for the search period (required field).
- Employee Name — Search vehicle records associated with a specific employee.
After applying the desired filters, click Submit to display matching records. Click Reset to clear all filter selections. Use Download All to export the filtered vehicle data directly.
VMS Records List
The vehicle records table displays the following information for each entry:
- Site Name — Name of the site where the vehicle entry or exit is recorded.
- Vehicle No — Vehicle registration number.
- Time In — Vehicle entry time.
- Time Out — Vehicle exit time.
- Status — Current status of the vehicle record.
- Action — Management options for each record.
Record Actions:
- Edit — Modify vehicle record details.
- Delete — Remove vehicle records from the system.
Additional List Features
The vehicle records table includes the following utility features:
- Entries per page — Use the dropdown at the top-left to select how many records to display per page (default: 10).
- Search — Use the search box at the top-right to quickly find records by keyword.
- Export — Download the filtered vehicle records in your preferred format using the export dropdown.
- Pagination — Navigate between pages using the Previous and Next controls at the bottom-right.
7.2 Blocked Vehicles
The Blocked VMS section maintains a list of vehicles that are restricted from entering the site. Click on Block VSM to access this interface.

The Blocked Vehicles interface provides a simplified search with a Sites filter dropdown. After selecting a site, click Submit to view blocked vehicles, Reset to clear the filter, or Download All to export the data.
Blocked Vehicle List
This section displays all blocked vehicle records along with their relevant details for security and access control purposes. The table includes the following columns:
- Site Name — Location where the vehicle is blocked.
- Vehicle No — Blocked vehicle's registration number.
- Remarks — Additional notes or reasons for blocking.

7.3 Pre-Registered Vehicles
The Pre-Registered VMS section contains vehicle records that have been registered in advance before arrival at the site. Click on Pre Register List to access this interface.

The Pre-Registered Vehicles interface provides a date-based search with a From Date filter. After selecting a date, click Submit to view pre-registered vehicles, Reset to clear the filter, or Download All to export the data.
Pre-Registered Vehicle List
The list displays pre-registered vehicle information and related access details to facilitate smooth vehicle entry management. The table includes the following columns:
- Vehicle No — Pre-registered vehicle's registration number.
- Date — Scheduled visit date.
- Remarks — Additional notes or instructions for the visit.

This module enhances site security and operational efficiency by providing complete visibility and control over vehicle access and movement across all locations.
