How Purpleqube Technologies Works

Total Employees

Displays the total number of employees registered in the system. This count includes all active employees across all assigned sites and departments.

Total Incidents

Shows the cumulative number of incidents recorded in the system. Incidents may include security breaches, safety concerns, operational issues, or any event requiring formal reporting and tracking.

Total Occurrences

Displays the total number of occurrences logged within the system. Occurrences represent recorded events or observations that may not necessarily qualify as incidents but are important for operational monitoring.

Total Shift

Indicates the total number of shifts configured in the system. This includes all active work shifts assigned to employees across different sites and schedules.

Total Site

Displays the total number of operational sites, locations, or facilities managed through the system.

Total Blocked Visitors

Shows the total number of visitors who have been restricted or blocked from accessing one or more sites due to security, compliance, or administrative reasons.

Today's Incidents

Displays the number of incidents reported on the current day. This metric helps users monitor daily security and operational issues in real time.

Today's Occurrences

Shows the total number of occurrences recorded during the current day. It provides insight into daily activities and events requiring attention or review.

Today's Visitors

Displays the total number of visitors registered or checked into the system for the current day.

Pending Leave Approvals

Shows the number of employee leave requests awaiting approval. Managers and administrators can use this metric to quickly identify and process pending leave applications.
