Define patrol and operational routes associated with sites.
11.9 Routes
The Routes section is used to define patrol or operational routes associated with sites.
Navigate to Master › Routes from the main menu to access the routes management page.
Click on Routes to open the routes management page.
Routes List
The Routes List displays all recorded routes. The table includes the following columns:
- Route – Route name or identifier.
- Site Name – Site associated with the route.
- Status – Active or inactive status.
- Actions – Options to edit or delete the route.
The page also includes:
- Route List tab – View existing routes.
- Add Route tab – Create a new route.
- Entries dropdown – Control the number of records displayed per page.
- Search field – Find specific routes by keyword.
- Export button – Export route data.
- Previous / Next pagination controls.
Click the Add Route tab to create a new route.
Add Route
The Add Route form contains the following fields under 1. Route Details:
- Route * – Enter the route name or identifier (required).
- Site Code * – Select the associated site from the dropdown (required).
Below the form fields, a Location List section is available:
- Click Location List to expand the View Location List panel.
- The panel displays available locations with columns for Location Name, Geolocation, Duration, and Remarks.
To create a new route:
- Click the Add Route tab.
- Enter the Route name.
- Select the Site Code from the dropdown.
- Review the Location List to associate locations if needed.
- Click Submit to save the route.
- Click Back to return to the Routes List without saving.
The route is added to the Routes List and can be managed from the list view.
