Master

Central repository for all master data — designations, leave types, nationalities, shifts, sites, locations, and routes.

Master Menu

The Master module serves as the central repository for maintaining and configuring master data used throughout the system. It provides administrative control over designations, leave types, employment types, nationalities, shifts, sites, locations, routes, and bulk master data uploads.

The module consists of nine sub-sections:

  • Designation – Manage employee designations.
  • Leave Types – Define and manage leave categories.
  • Employment Type – Manage employee classification categories.
  • Nationality – Manage nationality records.
  • Shift – Manage work shift schedules.
  • Sites – Manage all operational site locations.
  • Master Upload – Perform bulk uploads of master data.
  • Location – Manage site-specific locations and checkpoints.
  • Routes – Define patrol or operational routes.

11.1 Designation

The Designation section is used to manage employee designations within the organization.

The list displays:

  • DESIGNATION – Name of the designation (e.g., Student, Manager, OE).
  • DESCRIPTION – Details or remarks about the designation (e.g., Intern, Manager, Operations Executive).
  • STATUS – Active status.
  • ACTION – Edit or Delete options.

Users can create a new designation by:

  • Clicking Add Designation tab.
  • Entering the Designation Name (e.g., Student).
  • Entering the Description (e.g., Intern).
  • Clicking Submit.
  • A success message "Designation Created" will appear, and the new designation is added to the Designation List.

11.2 Leave Types

The Leave Types section is used to define and manage different categories of employee leave.

The list contains:

  • LEAVE TYPE – Name of the leave category (e.g., Childcare Leave, Annual Leave, Hospitalisation Leave, Medical Leave).
  • NO OF DAYS – Number of leave days allocated (e.g., 6, 7, 46, 14).
  • STATUS – Active status.
  • ACTION – Edit or Delete options.

To create a new leave type:

  • Click Add Leave Types tab.
  • Enter the Leave Type Name.
  • Enter the Default Leave Days.
  • Click Submit.
  • A success message "Leave Types Created" will appear, and the leave type is added to the Leave Types List.

11.3 Employment Type

The Employment Type section manages employee classification categories.

  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Type of employment (e.g., Part-Time, Full-Time).
  • DESCRIPTION – Additional details about the employment type (e.g., Part-Time, Full-Time).
  • STATUS – Active status.

Users can add a new employment type by:

  • Clicking Add Employment Type tab.
  • Entering the Employment Type Name (e.g., Intern).
  • Entering the Description (e.g., full-time).
  • Clicking Submit.
  • A success message "Employment Type Created" will appear, and the new employment type is added to the Employment Type List.

11.4 Nationality

The Nationality section is used to manage nationality records for employees and visitors.

The list includes:

  • NATIONALITY – Name of the nationality (e.g., Singapore PR, Malaysian, Singaporean).
  • DESCRIPTION – Additional information (e.g., Singapore Permanent Resident, Malaysia Citizen, Singapore Citizen).
  • STATUS – Active status.
  • ACTION – Edit or Delete options.

To create a new nationality record:

  • Click Add Nationality tab.
  • Enter the Nationality (e.g., Indian).
  • Enter the Description (optional).
  • Click Submit.
  • A success message "Nationality Created" will appear, and the nationality is added to the Nationality List.

11.5 Shift

The Shift section is used to manage work shift schedules.

The list displays:

  • SHIFT TYPE – Name of the shift (e.g., Night, Day).
  • START TIMING – Shift start timing (e.g., 07:00:00 PM, 07:00:00 AM).
  • END TIMING – Shift end timing (e.g., 07:00:00 AM, 07:00:00 PM).
  • STATUS – Active status.
  • ACTION – Edit or Delete options.

Users can create a new shift by:

  • Clicking Add Shift tab.
  • Entering the Shift Type (e.g., Day).
  • Entering the Shift Start Timing (e.g., 09:00).
  • Entering the Total Shift Hours in HH:MM format (e.g., 08:00).
  • Entering the Shift End Timing (e.g., 17:00).
  • Selecting the Shift Type Based from the dropdown (e.g., Day).
  • Clicking Submit.
  • A success message "Shift Created" will appear, and the new shift is added to the Shift List.

11.6 Sites

The Sites section manages all operational site locations within the system.

The list displays:

  • SITE CODE – Unique code assigned to the site (e.g., Z, S).
  • SITE NAME – Name of the site (e.g., Zero Spot Laundry Service Pte Ltd, Sunningdale Tech Ltd, Sunlight Electrical Pte Ltd, Sin Hiap Hoe Transport Pte Ltd).
  • LONGITUDE – Geographic longitude coordinate.
  • LATITUDE – Geographic latitude coordinate.
  • RANGE – Defined operational or geofencing range (e.g., 100).
  • DEPLOYED OFFICERS – Number of officers assigned to the site (e.g., 0).
  • STATUS – Active status.

To add a new site:

  • Click Add Sites tab.
  • Enter the Site Code (e.g., Zero Spot).
  • Enter the Site Name (e.g., Zero Spot Laundry Service Pte Ltd).
  • Enter the Latitude (e.g., 103.81157743378155).
  • Enter the Longitude (e.g., 1.469756423663038).
  • Enter the Location Range (e.g., 100).
  • Click Submit.
  • A success message "Sites Created" will appear, and the site is added to the Sites List.

11.7 Master Upload

The Master Upload feature allows administrators to perform bulk uploads of master data through Excel files.

Features:

  • Upload master data using a predefined Excel template (.xlsx).
  • Download master data templates for data preparation.
  • Process and validate uploaded records.
  • View upload results and validation status after submission.

Upload Process

  • Click Master1 Download to download the first master data template (OMHWORKS-Master1-Data.xlsx).
  • Click Master2 Download to download the second master data template (OMHWORKS-Master2-Data.xlsx).
  • Populate the template with the required master data.
  • Click Choose File to upload the completed Excel file.
  • Click Submit to process the upload.
  • Review the upload results in the Upload Result section.
  • Click Back to return to the previous page.

11.8 Location

The Location section manages site-specific locations and checkpoints used throughout the system.

The list displays:

  • LOCATION NAME – Name of the location.
  • GEOLOCATION – Geographical coordinates of the location.
  • REMARKS – Additional notes or comments.
  • STATUS – Active or inactive status.
  • ACTION – Edit or Delete options.

To create a new location:

  • Click Add Location tab.
  • Enter the Name.
  • Enter the Latitude.
  • Enter the Longitude.
  • Select the Site Code from the dropdown (Select value).
  • Enter Remarks (optional).
  • Click Submit.
  • The location is added to the Location List.

11.9 Routes

The Routes section is used to define patrol or operational routes associated with sites.

The list contains:

  • ROUTE – Route name or identifier.
  • SITE NAME – Site associated with the route.
  • STATUS – Active or inactive status.
  • ACTIONS – Edit or Delete options.

To create a new route:

  • Click Add Route tab.
  • Enter the Route name.
  • Select the Site Code from the dropdown (Select value).
  • Click Location List to view available locations.
  • Review the location details (LOCATION NAME, GEOLOCATION, DURATION, REMARKS).
  • Click Submit.
  • The route is added to the Routes List.

The Master module serves as the foundation for system configuration, ensuring that all operational, employee, payroll, attendance, and security-related modules use standardized and up-to-date master data.
